Youth Director (Westminster Escondido)
We are currently seeking an experienced leader to oversee a Christ-centered, family-based Jr. & Sr. High
youth ministry. Primary qualification for serving on staff is a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior
and Lord. We seek a person with spiritual passion, a God-honoring lifestyle, personal integrity, servant
leadership, enthusiasm, communication skills, and team loyalty. Salary range for this position is 35,000 -
39,000 (including benefits) annually. Time away for mission trips, camps, professional development and other

Custodian (Westminster Escondido)
We are in need of someone to maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the church grounds and
buildings allowing the church to grow to its full Spiritual and membership potential. This is a part time position
of 20-30 hours per week and is fairly flexible. We are looking for someone with some custodial experience and
